| Vennootschap sinds 1988, drukkerij sedert 1938.<br /><br />Bogend op een rijke traditie is ons - bewust kleinschalig gehouden - atelier in staat een groot gamma aan drukwerk in-huis te realiseren. Dit biedt het comfort slechts één contactadres nodig te hebben. Bovendien is het de enige echte manier om de kwaliteit zo hoog mogelijk, de levertermijn en kostprijs zo laag mogelijk te houden.<br /><br />Wij wensen u een boeiende en nuttige exploratie toe van onze producten en kernactiviteit: druk doen om uw ‘visitekaartje’. |

Het behoort eigenlijk tot de offsetdruk, maar er wordt met transparant vernis gedrukt in plaats van gekleurde inkt; kan een glanzend of mat aspect hebben.| Offsetvernis biedt bescherming of accentueert bepaalde partijen. |

De druk komt tot stand door middel van een magnesium cliché of messing stempel. Het drukproces vindt plaats bij een temperatuur<br />van om en bij de 100 graden Celsius. Onder invloed van de warmte laat de folie los van de drager en hecht zich onder druk<br />aan het te bedrukken materiaal.<br /><br />Er is een grote variatie in foliesoorten, waaronder laserprinterbestendige kleuren. Het kan ook worden gebruikt op vele materialen,<br />van papier tot PVC.| Foliedruk geeft een luxueus en feestelijk accent aan uw presentaties. |

De druk komt tot stand door middel van een messing blinddrukstempel en een contravorm. Het resultaat is afhankelijk van het te bedrukken materiaal en de diepte van de stempel. De blinddruk kan in of op het papier liggen, combinaties zijn ook mogelijk.<br /><br />Blinddruk geeft altijd een zekere klasse;<br />van visitekaartje tot uitnodiging en gelegenheidsdrukwerk.| Blinddruk speelt met licht en schaduw en maakt appel op de tastzin. |
|
Het voorbedrukte werk wordt voorzien van een harspoeder dat zich hecht aan de nog natte inkt. Het overige poeder wordt verwijderd en opgevangen voor hergebruik. Na deze handeling wordt het drukwerk via een lopende band door een oven getransporteerd, waar het harspoeder opzwelt.<br /><br />De voordelen zijn dat dit thermografisch reliëf kan gebruikt worden in alle pantône-kleuren. Het is een reliëfdruk zonder dure cliché-kosten:<br />voordelig en flexibel.<br /><br />Bij uitstek is het geschikt voor gebruik in huisstijlen.| Reliëfdruk veredelt kleur en tekst met glans en een derde dimensie. |

Veel handelsdrukwerk, kranten en tijdschriften wordt met offset gedrukt.<br /><br />De drukvorm wordt over het algemeen genomen uit een dunne aluminiumplaat waar via fotografische weg een beeld is aangebracht. Om een afdruk te krijgen van deze offsetplaat moet deze eerst vochtig worden gemaakt. Alle niet-beeld-delen nemen dit vocht aan. Daarna wordt de vettige inkt aangebracht. Aangezien de natte niet-beeld-delen de inkt afstoten, wordt deze alleen op de beelddelen aangenomen.<br />De inkt wordt nu door een rubberdoek van de plaat genomen,<br />en overgezet op het papier.| Offsetdruk is één van de meest gebruikte druktechnieken. |

Bij digitaal drukken wordt de opmaak rechtstreeks doorgestuurd<br />naar de drukpers, zonder dat de tussenstappen van film of drukplaten vereist zijn.<br /><br />Doordat de kost van de opstart dus veel beperkter is,<br />maar de afdrukkost tijdens de oplage nagenoeg constant<br />blijft, is dit een procédé dat vooral geschikt is voor<br />kleinere oplagen. Het biedt ook de mogelijkheid om tijdens<br />het afdrukken bepaalde gegevens te veranderen en<br />te personaliseren.| Kleine en/of dringende oplagen profiteren van de snelle digitale drukmogelijkheden. |

Om deze goed onder controle te houden<br />bij de opmaak van een werk, en ook bij latere herdrukken,<br />werkt onze drukkerij onder de ISO Coated standaard.<br /><br />Hierbij zijn zowel computerschermen, printer voor <br />de proeven, digitale drukpers als offsetpersen op elkaar<br />afgestemd en onder controle via spectraalmeting.| Van kapitaal belang in de wereld van de drukkerij is kleur. |

| Volg het kanaal tot de weg rechts afdraait naar een rond punt toe.<br /><br />Dit volgt u bijna helemaal tot u verder het kanaal kunt volgen (richting 'centrum'). As a matter a fact it belongs to the offset printing, but instead of coloured ink, we use transparant varnish which can have<br />a glossy or mat aspect.| Offset varnish protects and gives accent to certain parts. |
|
This printing process takes place at a temperature of some 100° C using a magnesium or messing stamp. By this heath the foil releases and is fixed unther pressure at the material that is to be printed.<br /><br />There is a great range in the aspect of foils, with also colours which are resisitant to the laser printer. It can be used on a lot of materials, from paper to PVC.| Hot stamp foil gives an accent of luxury and festivity to your presentations. |

To emboss we use a brass embossing stamp and a contra matrix. The result depends on the material that is to be printed and how deep the stamp is engraved. The embossing effect can be made in or on the paper; combinations are also possible.<br /><br />Embossing always effects a higher style: <br />from visiting-card to invitation and announcements for special occasions.| Embossing plays with light and shadow and appeals to the sense of touch. |

The printed matter is provided with an epoxy powder, that sticks on the ink which still is wet. The rest of the powder is removed and collected to be used again. Then a conveyor belt transports through an oven where the epoxy powder is swelling.<br /><br />As advantage of this thermographic relief we mention that it can be used in all Pantone-colours. It is a kind of relief without expensive plate costs: low-budget and flexible. It is especially usefull in short run house styles.| Relief refines colour and text by gloss and a third dimension. |

A lot of commercial printing, newspapers and magazines <br />are printed in offset.<br /><br />We put the image on a thin, aluminium plate in a photographic way. To make a copy of this plate, it need to be dampened first: alle parts without image take this damp. After this we put greasy ink on it: the ink is repelled by the dampened parts without image, the parts with image accept it. Now the ink is taken from the plate by a rubber blanket and printed on the paper.| Offset printing is one of the most popular printing techniques. |

While printing digitally, the composition is sent directly to the printing station, without the need of intermediate steps as film or printing plates. <br /><br />Because the starting cost is much lower, but the printing cost for each print stays constant, this is a way of working that suits the shorter runs. It also offers the possibility to change certain data or to personalise on the fly.| Short and/or urgent runs profit by the fast digital printing possibilities. |

While composing a job or reprinting it later, we work <br />in our printing-office with the ISO Coated standard. <br /><br />So, the computer screens as well as the printer for <br />the colour proofings, the digital printer and the offset<br />press are tuned to each other and controlled <br />by spectral measurement.| Colour is in the world of printing of great consequence. |
